What an Amazing Thing!
It was something that I didn’t even know was available, but when my husband told me about it, I said we just have to do it. Apparently, some of his friends that we’ve known for twenty years moved back to their native Germany about five years ago. There is a law school there for international law that my husband can enroll in that is amazingly affordable. He’s got his masters, but has been wanting to get his JD in international law. Long story short, things just fell into place to make this a real option for him, and I told him, let’s go for it! What an incredible thing for us to live in Europe for two years at least! We leave in six weeks, and I need to get Rosetta Stone German ASAP. Of course, when we get there I need to get a work permit, and find some kind of job. I’d like to get at least basic conversation down in German before we get there.
